Founded in 2018 by Nick Ssewava—a lifelong student of African history and geography—Jumanji Africa Safaris was born from a deep passion for our continent’s heritage. Based in Uganda, we are more than just a tour operator; we are conservationists at heart. We believe that by sharing the majesty of our wildlife and cultures with the world, we can help protect them for generations to come.
Our mission is to inspire a deeper connection between travelers and the African landscape. We practice sustainable tourism that goes beyond sight-seeing; we actively participate in ecological restoration, such as our work at the Bigodi Wetland Sanctuary. When you travel with us, your journey directly supports local guides and environmental preservation.
